According to the bank website, this knowledge and support technical assistance (TA) cluster will support developing member countries (DMCs) of the Asian Development Bank (ADB) in effectively identifying high-level technology (HLT) solutions for development projects. The TA cluster will enable collaborations with technology providers from the public and private sectors, academia, and research institutes, while building capacity in DMCs to develop sustainable projects and programs with HLT applications. The TA cluster will support DMCs' decisions to introduce HLT into projects and provide guidance on how to proceed to project preparation and due diligence. Under the TA cluster, technology providers will be invited to offer proposals on HLT prefeasibility studies and innovative solutions to address specific development challenges.

ACCOUNTABILITY MECHANISM OF ADB
The Accountability Mechanism is an independent complaint mechanism and fact-finding body for people who believe they are likely to be, or have been, adversely affected by an Asian Development Bank-financed project. If you submit a complaint to the Accountability Mechanism, they may investigate to assess whether the Asian Development Bank is following its own policies and procedures for preventing harm to people or the environment. You can learn more about the Accountability Mechanism and how to file a complaint at: http://www.adb.org/site/accountability-mechanism/main
