According to the bank document, the project seeks to enhance the capacity and institutional framework for integrating poverty reduction into eco-compensation policies and programs. It also seeks to bring impact as achieving the green economic development and ecological protection in the Yangtze River Economic Belt.
As consulting services, the ADB will engage consultants following the Procurement Policy (2017, as amended from time to time); and the associated project administration instructions and/or staff instructions on business processes for the technical assistance.
