This project provides financing to reform state-owned enterprises, improve public expenditure and fiscal management, and develop the finance sector.
According to Bank documents, outputs from this project are expected to include enhanced generation of domestic savings, an operational and comprehensive public-private-partnership (PPP) program, increased access to financial services for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), and enhanced mobilization of private resources for long-term investment.
