According to the bank document, "the proposed transaction technical assistance (TA) subproject will support the preparation of a loan focused on quality road project design and transport sector development in Kalimantan, Republic of Indonesia.
The TA is a subproject under the transaction TA cluster (C-TA 0040-INO) Sustainable Infrastructure Assistance Program Phase II (SIAP2), financed by the Government of Australia through the Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade and administered by Asian Development Bank (ADB)."
