According to the bank website, "The technical assistance (TA) will have the following outcome: regional energy trade and cooperation enhanced. The identified infrastructure projects, which are necessary for connection of Afghanistan, Turkmenistan and other potential new electricity markets to Central Asian Power System (CAPS), will be submitted for endorsement of the CAPS governments at Central Asia United Power System Council Meeting."
