According to the Bank's website, this is the second of two technical assistance subprojects that aims to increase cross-border clean energy trade using high-level technology by coordinating dispatch center Energiya (CDC). Specifically, this project will aim to produce at least 11,000 million kilowatt-hours trade within the Central Asia Power System (CAPS) and reduce emissions by 5,587,560 tC02.
