According to the bank website, "The Luganville Project Readiness Financing (PRF) facility will (i) help the government undertake baseline investigations and prepare base designs, detailed designs, and associated specifications for the Luganville Urban Water Supply and Sanitation Project (LUWSSP), (ii) support due diligence and start-up activities for LUWSSP and other ensuing urban development projects in Luganville; and (iii) support the project's implementing agencies in early LUWSSP implementation activities."
