Project Description

According to ADB website, the Subproject 4 aims to support the development of pipeline of infrastructure projects in ADB DMCs that can attract private investment through the provision of additional resources by AP3F. The TA will provide capacity support to DMCs to conduct due diligence and early stage preparation of projects, including but not limited to technical studies, specifications and reports dealing with technical, financial, economic, legal, regulatory, insurance, climate, environmental, geotechnical, social, institutional, governance, anticorruption and integrity, transaction structuring, and project management matters, as well as risk identification and risk mitigation.
