This is a project preparatory technical assistance which assists in carrying out the economic, financial, poverty, gender, safeguards and procurement due diligence of the Micro, Small and Medium Sized enterprise development project. This project also ensures that the project will provide appropriate types and levels of assistance, and supports the implementation of the larger project.
