Project Description
If provided by the financial institution, the Early Warning System Team writes a short summary describing the purported development objective of the project and project components. Review the complete project documentation for a detailed description.

CONSULTING SERVICES

Two consulting firms will be recruited to undertake project due diligence, prepare feasibility reports required by the government, and draft bidding documents. One of the consulting firms will be recruited using quality- and cost-based selection method, with standard technical proposal. Another consulting firm will be hired to prepare the environmental impact assessment report and social safeguard documents, using quality-based selection method.

An individual national consultant will be hired to assess social development and gender aspects of the project, and to support the executing agency to recruit project implementation consultant.
