Project Description
If provided by the financial institution, the Early Warning System Team writes a short summary describing the purported development objective of the project and project components. Review the complete project documentation for a detailed description.

This project funds the design and monitoring framework, economic and financial analysis, program framework and policy matrix, financial management assessment, cost estimates and financing plan, procurement plan, terms of reference for consulting services, plan for improving economic opportunities for women and disadvantaged groups, social and environmental safeguards, a capacity-building plan for local government institutions and various ministries, implementation arrangements, and implementation schedule. It will also explore private sector involvement.
