According to ADB website, the proposed project will support the Government of Mongolia in addressing a major social problem by ensuring inclusiveness and delivery of services for persons with disabilities (PWD) in Ulaanbaatar and at the aimag (province) level. The overall aim of the project is to ensure access of PWD to employment to increase their autonomy and contribution to the economy and the society in general. The project will support the government in complying with the United Nations Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities and the Incheon Strategy for Persons with Disabilities.
