This project provides additional financing to be channeled through participating financial institutions in Uzbekistan, who will lend funds to horticulture-related farmers and businesses. These funds will be used for fixed-asset investments such as intensive orchards, cold storages, and processing and packaging equipment.
The implementing agency is the Rural Restructuring Agency.
