According to ADB documents, the Second Secondary Education Sector Development Program (SESDP II) builds upon the education reforms supported by the Secondary Education Sector Development Program (SESDP).1 It introduces new features to improve the quality and relevance of secondary education, increase equitable access for disadvantaged adolescents, and strengthen education governance
The program’s impact is aligned with Viet Nam’s Education Development Strategy, 2011–2020 and will contribute to workforce competitiveness, social equity, and lifelong learning.
