Project Description

This project is the third subprogram in a multi-stage project to begin long-term restructuring of the energy sector to create a more sustainable power sector by providing support to the government and assisting it in defining its role and policies, implementing corporate restructuring, establishing an electricity market regulations unit, and help increase access to information.
