Project Description
If provided by the financial institution, the Early Warning System Team writes a short summary describing the purported development objective of the project and project components. Review the complete project documentation for a detailed description.

This project provides technical assistance to update the Railway Master Plan, and perform assessments of the rolling stock maintenance sector. It also provides assistance with the assessments for the establishment of a Mechanized Track Maintenance Unit and a Research and Development Wing. Additionally, the technical assistance makes recommendations for the strategy, investments and organization of the rolling stock maintenance sector and the Mechanized Track Maintenance Unit.
