The Technical Assistance (TA) subproject supports PLN''s broader program for the strengthening of the Sumatra grid with the RBL program covering both transmission and distribution. The TA subproject will support the overall program impact of enhancing the quality of life in Indonesian society, with the sustainable use of electricity acting as a key driver of increased economic activity. The outcome of the TA subproject is strengthening the monitoring and evaluation methodologies and capacity of PLN through the assistance of a third party independent verification agent.
