According to ADB website, the impact of the TA will be an integrated urban planning and management system adopted by the relevant departments in the project cities. City planning and management departments consistently consider environmental issues, such as climate change mitigation and adaptation measures in planning, construction and management of urban infrastructure. The outcome of the TA will be enhanced city management's capacity in integrated planning and management of urban infrastructure.
