According to ADB website, Tranche 3 will continue supporting the government's reform of secondary education (grades 6-12) into a system that prepares youths to meet the requirements of a rapidly developing economy. Building on earlier projects supported by ADB and the World Bank and Tranches 1 and 2, Tranche 3 will support (i) implementation of fundamental reforms such as modernization of curriculum and standardization of examination; (ii) advanced teaching in science, math, English, Bangla; and (iii) use of information and communication technology in learning. Harmonized stipend, resource teacher program, and adolescent girls program will contribute to increase access and retention and completion of 6 years' schooling of secondary education. Sector management will be strengthened in decentralization, planning, monitoring and evaluation, procurement, and financial management.

ACCOUNTABILITY MECHANISM OF ADB
The Accountability Mechanism is an independent complaint mechanism and fact-finding body for people who believe they are likely to be, or have been, adversely affected by an Asian Development Bank-financed project. If you submit a complaint to the Accountability Mechanism, they may investigate to assess whether the Asian Development Bank is following its own policies and procedures for preventing harm to people or the environment. You can learn more about the Accountability Mechanism and how to file a complaint at: http://www.adb.org/site/accountability-mechanism/main
