Project Description

According to ADB website, ADB is helping the People's Republic of China enhance railway services in its southwest regions. The fifth tranche continues the investment program. The project includes the use of energy-efficient, environment-friendly, and safety equipment; integration of energy efficiency and environmental protection in railway management; safety and energy audits; and support for capacity building.
