Project Description

This project finances improvements in access to and participation in the market economy for rural households in Bokeo, Luang Namtha, Oudomxay and Phongsaly provinces. This includes investments two components: i) rural infrastructure for irrigation and rural access roads and ii) initiatives to achieve greater commercialization in agriculture.
