According to ADB website, the TA will primarily support, through consultants, the timely and effective implementation of remedial actions under the ADB Board approved recommendations on (i) compensation deficits; (ii) establishing operations and maintenance (O&M) mechanism under the recommendation on improving infrastructure facilities at relocation sites; (iii) supporting implementation of the expanded income restoration program; and (iv) determining resource requirements for the implementation of remedial actions for recommendations on grievance redress, capacity building of IRC, and extending the income restoration program.
The impact of the TA will be enhanced capacity of the government to effectively implement resettlement activities in transport projects in Cambodia. The outcome will be enhanced institutional and staff capacity of the IRC to improve the functioning of the GRM, implement resettlement programs, and implement the EIRP in a sustained and sustainable manner.

ACCOUNTABILITY MECHANISM OF ADB
The Accountability Mechanism is an independent complaint mechanism and fact-finding body for people who believe they are likely to be, or have been, adversely affected by an Asian Development Bank-financed project. If you submit a complaint to the Accountability Mechanism, they may investigate to assess whether the Asian Development Bank is following its own policies and procedures for preventing harm to people or the environment. You can learn more about the Accountability Mechanism and how to file a complaint at: http://www.adb.org/site/accountability-mechanism/main
