The Project consists of assisting AySA in managing the various workstreams required to prepare the company for its sale. AySA operates under a concession framework in an area that covers the City of Buenos Aires and 26 surrounding municipalities, totaling 15 million inhabitants. This initiative is a top priority for the Government of Argentina, as it seeks to enhance operational efficiency and support the gradual expansion of water and wastewater services to underserved areas. Ultimately, the project is expected to deliver improved service quality for the population.
