According to the Bank’s website, the project will seek to enhance access to quality jobs and opportunities for women and people with disabilities through a time-bound Peer Learning Partnership, where companies commit to making progress in defined areas related to inclusion, e.g. building Respectful Workplaces, enhancing leadership opportunities, building more accessible workplaces. Through the program, IFC will be supporting companies to meet their commitments by offering workshops and technical advice.
The objective of the project is to enhance access to quality jobs and leadership opportunities for women and people with disabilities by supporting firms to introduce and strengthen inclusive workplace policies and practices. This project is aligned with IFC’s Roadmap 2030 for Gender Equality and Economic Inclusion "Pillar 3: Addressing Barriers to Women’s Employment and Leadership" through its focus to improve firm level policies and practices, and will also be applying the disability inclusion lens with regards to inclusive employment for persons with disabilities under the Vision.

If you want to submit a complaint electronically, you can email the CAO at CAO@worldbankgroup.org You can learn more about the CAO and how to file a complaint at http://www.cao-ombudsman.org
