According to bank provided information, the Zambia Public-Private Dialogue Forum II (PPDF II) project supports the strengthening and institutionalization of Zambia's Public-Private Dialogue Forum as a sustainable platform for collaboration between Government and the private sector. The project aims to improve the business environment by facilitating dialogue, identifying and addressing investment climate constraints, and supporting the implementation of priority policy and regulatory reforms. The project provides advisory support to strengthen the operational capacity of the PPDF Secretariat and its Technical Working Groups, enabling more effective coordination of stakeholder engagement, reform tracking, consensus building, and implementation of agreed actions. Through this support, the project seeks to institutionalize public-private dialogue as a key mechanism for advancing private sector development and economic competitiveness.
