According to the Bank’s website, IFC will deliver under a PPIAF-supported grant facility a technical assistance activity designed to support the Government of Togo, represented by the Ministry of Finance and the PPP Unit, in addressing gaps in the legal, institutional, and regulatory PPP frameworks, and to building institutional capacity within the PPP Unit and key line ministries to develop and implement PPP projects. The technical assistance will also support the identification of a list of priority fast mover PPP projects. In addition, a Climate Resilience & Environmental Sustainability Technical Advisory intervention will be designed to mainstream resiliency measures within these efforts and ensuring the integration of climate considerations within the PPP development and planning processes.
