Project Description

According to the Bank’s website, the Project aims to provide the Department of Transportation (DOTr) transaction advisory support with the ultimate objective of awarding a PPP Concession for the Laguindingan Airport to either the original USP proponent or to a winning challenger resulting from the competitive bid challenge process prescribed under the PPP Law IRR. The winning bidder will upgrade, expand, operate and maintain the airports throughout the concession.
