The upstream project will aim to assess and propose solutions for electric vehicle (EV) recharging infrastructure. The project will aim to analyze in-depth the different charging business models to understand the optimal model that can be implemented in Kenya. The IFC upstream project will analyze two charging models to identify an optimal model for the Kenyan market. Part of the results of the assessments will also be shared with various stakeholders in the country to help advance the growth and development of electric vehicles in Kenya.
