According to the bank website, the project aims to support the regulatory and legislative changes required to establish a framework for the Microfinance Institutions (MFIs) in Kosovo to operate under a corporate entity framework. IFC is assisting the Kosovan government in developing and adopting the legislative framework while facilitating the close involvement of all stakeholders in this process.

If you submit a complaint to the CAO, they may assist you in resolving a dispute with the company and/or investigate to assess whether the IFC is following its own policies and procedures for preventing harm to people or the environment.
