According to bank provided information, IFC will support a large pan-African bank in the development of its activities related to very small enterprises (VSEs), which will allow the bank to consolidate its leading position and expand its penetration of the VSEs segment which remains largely underserved in Morocco.

If you submit a complaint to the CAO, they may assist you in resolving a dispute with the company and/or investigate to assess whether the IFC is following its own policies and procedures for preventing harm to people or the environment.
