Project Description
If provided by the financial institution, the Early Warning System Team writes a short summary describing the purported development objective of the project and project components. Review the complete project documentation for a detailed description.

According to the ADA website, the proposed TA will support the implementation of the MOU by facilitating necessary advisory support to resolve strategic and operational issues. In addition, the TA will help review and update the Partnership Framework Arrangement, project readiness filters, which guide processing milestones across both government and ADB procedures, to ensure consistency with the evolving regulatory and institutional framework.

The proposed resources will help Kazakhstan Resident Mission to support ad hoc urgent government requests to provide expert advice/advisors and analytical assessments for timely technical and advisory support to senior government leadership, capacity building, and stakeholder events etc.
