Project Description

According to bank's website, the SSTA aims to strengthen ADB's strategic engagement with the Government of Malaysia in the preparation of the Country Partnership Strategy (CPS) for 20262030, through in-depth sectoral and thematic assessments to generate actionable insights on the country's socio-economic, political, and environmental landscape. The SSTA will facilitate targeted consultations with government and key stakeholders in identifying strategic priorities, key implementation challenges under the 13MP, and ADB's potential role in supporting these priorities. The resulting diagnostics, recommendations, and knowledge products will also contribute to regional knowledge solutions, particularly among Southeast Asia developing member countries (DMCs), to strengthen south-south cooperation.
