It will consist of 5 main components to be implemented in parallel 1) Pre-and Post-warehouse receipt regulations enactment stakeholder awareness and education 2) Legal and regulatory framework reforms, 3) Strengthening the warehouse receipt system, 4) Warehouse management and warehouse receipt system upgrade, 5) Training and capacity building for private and public sector stakeholders.
