Project Description

IFC will work with the Municipality of Rio de Janeiro as the lead transaction advisor in the structuring of a PPP to expand the number of childhood care and education facilities in the Municipality.
The bank informs that, with a particular focus on low income families/children, this transaction is expected to (i) Improve access to childhood care and education, (ii) Provide higher quality infrastructure, and (iii) Decrease administrative burden on school staff.
