Project Description

IFC will assist the client to identify, market to, shortlist and engage with investors or strategic partners from both traditional and non-traditional markets. IFC will support valuation, negotiations and transaction execution, including facilitation of investors due diligence up to deal closure.
Accordingo to the bank: by the end of implementation, the project is expected to result in the client having selected an investor/strategic partner and raising funding. The project will facilitate private sector investment and enhance private sector growth, strengthening local economies.
