Project Description

This project provides financing for integrating low-income producers into the global markets through working out an inclusive business program with a global company Kagome. This project will strengthen Kagome's inclusive supply chain with access to reliable supply and improve the quality and productivity of low-income country smallholder farmers.

The components of the project include:

  • providing support to integrate smallholder farmers into Kagome's supply chain
  • measuring the levels of consumption/expenditure and poverty level of the potential suppliers 
  • sharing Kagome's experience with businesses worldwide
