According to the bank's website, "the aim of the proposed regional TA is to support ADB DMCs in strengthening climate and disaster resilience of key infrastructure sectors. It will provide technical analyses, policy support and capacity building for the development, updating, and implementation of climate-resilient infrastructure standards. The TA will address information, policy, and capacity gaps by (i) developing a compendium of global good practices and a regional gap analysis, (ii) preparing guidance documents on climate-resilient infrastructure standards for priority sectors in Cambodia and Mongolia, and (iii) undertaking capacity building activities for the development and implementation of the guidance documents. Outputs will contribute to improving infrastructure resilience in DMCs by encouraging the integration of climate and disaster resilience considerations into infrastructure projects. It will demonstrate practical applications of the standards and highlight their scalability across Asia and the Pacific".

ACCOUNTABILITY MECHANISM OF ADB
The Accountability Mechanism is an independent complaint mechanism and fact-finding body for people who believe they are likely to be, or have been, adversely affected by an Asian Development Bank-financed project. If you submit a complaint to the Accountability Mechanism, they may investigate to assess whether the Asian Development Bank is following its own policies and procedures for preventing harm to people or the environment.
