According to the bank's website, "the proposed TA will support the Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN) countries in developing a guideline for the introduction and operation of a Satellite-Based Augmentation System (SBAS). The TA will also assist selected countries in preparing conceptual plans for the development of related infrastructure, such as ground facilities and monitoring centers. In addition, the TA will provide capacity-building support to ASEAN developing member countries, focusing on satellite data analysis and operation of SBAS-related facilities. It will also support the development of knowledge products, including operations manual for ground facility management".

If you submit a complaint to the Accountability Mechanism, they may investigate to assess whether the Asian Development Bank is following its own policies and procedures for preventing harm to people or the environment.
