According to the Bank’s website, the technical assistance (TA) aims to strengthen the capacity of all developing member countries (DMCs) of the Asian Development Bank (ADB) to accelerate and sustain their progress toward universal health coverage (UHC). The TA will support the creation and operationalization of a peer-to-peer network designed to enable DMCs to collaboratively learn and develop solutions to address shared health challenges. This networkUHC Practitioners and Experts Knowledge Exchange and Resources (UHC PEERS) Networkhas been set up by ADB to connect practitioners and policymakers from DMCs and developed countries across Asia and the Pacific for knowledge exchange and co-creation of solutions to advance UHC. This will be achieved by fostering peer-to-peer learning through mentoring, exchange visits within DMCs, study tours, workshops, and other innovative methods; conducting joint capacity-building activities on UHC topics; creating a repository of UHC best practices, knowledge, and information drawing from experiences in DMCs, developed member countries, and countries outside the region; devising gender-responsive digital health solutions to meet UHC implementation challenges in DMCs; and creating an online knowledge management and learning platform to facilitate information sharing and collaboration.

ACCOUNTABILITY MECHANISM OF ADB
The Accountability Mechanism is an independent complaint mechanism and fact-finding body for people who believe they are likely to be, or have been, adversely affected by an Asian Development Bank-financed project. If you submit a complaint to the Accountability Mechanism, they may investigate to assess whether the Asian Development Bank is following its own policies and procedures for preventing harm to people or the environment.
