The project aims to achieve carbon emission peaking and carbon neutrality in Thailand through the acceleration of low-carbon transition and climate-resilient development in emissions-intensive sectors.
The project will (i) strengthen institutional capacity for low-carbon transition; and (ii) finance low-carbon transition subprojects.
The executing agency will be the Export-Import Bank of Thailand.
The ADB categorized the project E&S risks as 'FI'.
