Project Description

According to the Bank’s website, the transaction technical assistance (TA) complements a proposed loan of up to $25,000,000 to Unmas Unlu Mamuller San. Tic. A.S. (UNO) for the UNO Wheat Value Chain Support Project in Turkiye. The loan will be used to finance (ii) capital expenditure to support the expansion of its production lines in factories located in Istanbul and Ankara; and (ii) working capital to support procurement of wheat flour from millers and of Kavilca wheat directly from farmers.
