Project Description

As stated by the ADB, the proposed TA aims to position DISCOs as key enablers in Pakistan's energy transition by leveraging cutting-edge technologies to modernize their operations, enhance service reliability, and integrate renewable energy systems. The TA will develop a concept for implementing modern DMS, emphasizing integration with SCADA, AMI, and online APMS. This integration will enhance automation, outage response, load forecasting, and the management of distributed renewable energy resources.
