Project Description

According to the Bank’s website, the proposed technical assistance (TA) cluster aims to support communications, knowledge management, and portfolio management for Asian Development Bank's (ADB's) South Pacific Developing Member Countries (DMCs). The TA cluster will help implement the ADB Pacific Knowledge Plan, described in the Pacific Approach, 20212025, and will focus on building knowledge and capacity by enhancing the quality of country programing and portfolio management, as well as the visibility and sharing of experiences for ADB's Pacific operations. The TA cluster will support (i) developing dissemination knowledge products and services for country operations; (ii) implementing the forthcoming South Pacific Strategic Communications Plan; and (iii) providing targeted technical support to address project performance through enhanced assessment of and response to systemic and country-specific and emerging project specific issues.
