Project Description

According to the Bank’s website, the proposed TA will have the following impact: Institutional capacity, legal frameworks, and decision-making processes to conduct RIA will support effective regulation and improved governance. The TA is aligned with the following outcome: RIA capacity of OCM and line ministries enhanced. At a broader level, this will lead to improved regulatory governance, reduced costs for businesses, higher competitiveness, productivity, and economic growth.
