According to the ADB, the TA will concentrate on building their capacity in key areas of gender mainstreaming, such as gender-responsive budgeting, gender audits, gender-based violence (GBV), and sexual exploitation and abuse (SEAH). TA will also support the Committee in ensuring the effective and efficient functioning of the Advisory Councils on Ensuring Equal Rights and Opportunities for Women and Men (hereinafter referred to as the Advisory Councils) by development of guidelines on promoting gender equality and integrate gender considerations into their agenda.
