According to the Bank’s website, the Climate-Resilient Agriculture Facility Project (58400-001) will support the development of climate resilient and inclusive agriculture value chains to mitigate climate change risk, enhance agricultural productivity and food security, and reduce rural poverty. It will improve economies of scale, strengthen capacity, and scale up climate investments in the agriculture sector by transitioning smallholder farmers to agribusiness enterprises or groups and increasing access to finance. It is aligned with the following impact: climate-resilient and sustainable agricultural and rural development in Thailand achieved. It will have the following outcome: climate-resilient and inclusive agriculture value chain developed.
The technical assistance (TA) will help design the ensuing project; provide training to the project’s executing and implementing agencies, as well as other stakeholders; and improve project readiness.
According to the Technical Assistance Report, the Risk Categories are:

The TA financing amount is $1,500,000, of which (i) $300,000 will be financed on a grant basis by ADB’s Technical Assistance Special Fund (TASF-other sources), and (ii) $1,200,000 will be financed on a grant basis by the Asia-Pacific Climate Finance Fund and administered by ADB.
