According to the Bank’s website, within the context of increasingly dynamic and technology-integrated markets, this TA will support research to help identify optimal competition policies and regulatory frameworks that foster inclusive growth and innovation, and evidence-based policy dialogues. The Asian Development Bank (ADB) will play a pivotal role in supporting its developing member countries (DMCs) in designing and implementing such policies.
According to the Technical Assistance Report, the Risk Categories are:

The TA financing amount is $230,000, which will be financed on a grant basis by ADB’s Technical Assistance Special Fund (TASF 7 for $159,500 and TASF-other sources for $70,500).
