According to the Bank’s website, the TA subproject will build on initiatives and gains under the ongoing C-TA 0046, especially in continuing capacity development of the developing member countries (DMCs) in Central and West Asia (CWA) in implementing Gender Action Plans (GAPs) of projects categorized as Gender Equity Theme (GEN) and Effective Gender Mainstreaming (EGM), monitoring, and reporting on progress and gender equality results. The capacity development will pay special attention to the implementation and monitoring of gender actions that support transformative gender agenda and climate change priorities.
According to the Technical Assistance Report, the Risk Categories are:

The TA cluster subproject financing amount is $350,000.00, which will be financed on a grant basis by ADB’s Technical Assistance Special Fund (TASF 7 $200,000 and TASF-other sources $150,000).
