Project Description

According to the Bank’s website, the TA seeks to support the government's efforts to mitigate the risks of domestic enterprises and institutions engaging in violations and corruption in the course of their operations. Building on a survey of firms in PRC, a review of international standards and compliance best practice, the TA will provide policy advice, enhance capacity and disseminate knowledge.

Private Actors Description
A Private Actor is a non-governmental body or entity that is the borrower or client of a development project, which can include corporations, private equity and banks. This describes the private actors and their roles in relation to the project, when private actor information is disclosed or has been further researched.

According to the Technical Assistance Report, the Xiamen National Accounting Institute - XNAI is one of the training and research institutes administered by the PRC’s Ministry of Finance. The main mandate of the XNAI is to offer high-level training in accounting, auditing, taxation, and economic management, such as the National Accounting Leading Talents Training Project and CFO Training for Large and Medium-sized Organizations.
