According to the Bank’s website, the overall purpose of the TA is to improve the health and well-being of the aging population by developing guidelines and training on the integration of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) into Elderly Care and the dissemination of TCM knowledge to older persons and Community Health and Elderly Care service providers through an enhanced digital knowledge platform.
The TA will be aligned with the following impact: Improved health and well-being of the aging population. The TA will have the following outcome: an additional 500,000 people nationally will have increased access to TCM knowledge and practices.
According to the Technical Assistance Report, the Risk Categories are:

The total TA financing amount is $300,000, which will be financed on a grant basis by ADB’s Technical Assistance Special Fund (TASF-other sources). The government will provide counterpart support in the form of counterpart staff time, access to data, and other in-kind contributions.
